  • Parents & Players will have a Q&A session with Assistant Headmaster and Director of College Placement at the Salisbury School, Bobby Wynne.
  • Receive elite level instruction, training & positional training by some of the most well respected College Coaches in the Country.
  • Compete in scrimmages and instructional clinics overseen by some of the Top Coaches in the Country !!

Florida Phenoms is designed to provide players with an elite instructional experience while giving them an inside look at what it takes to succeed at the next level.

Open to players in the 2027–2031 graduation years, the event combines high-level coaching, position-specific training, and competitive gameplay in an environment built around learning, development, and growth.

  • Receive elite instruction from Head and Assistant Coaches representing Division I, Division II, and Division III programs from across the country.
  • Experience a true college-style practice environment featuring position-specific training, small-sided drills, build-ups, and competitive situations.
  • Learn directly from college coaches about the skills, habits, and expectations that separate players at the next level.
  • Benefit from an intimate learning environment with an outstanding coach-to-player ratio, allowing for meaningful instruction and individual feedback throughout the event.
  • Gain exposure to different coaching styles, philosophies, and teaching methods from some of the most respected coaches in the game.
  • Compete against talented players from across the region and country while measuring your game against your peers.
  • Improve your lacrosse IQ through instructional coaching designed to help players understand not just how to play, but why they play the game the way they do.
  • Participate in scrimmages and competitive sessions where college coaches have the opportunity to coach players in real game situations.
  • Learn what the recruiting process looks like and what steps players and families can take to prepare for future opportunities at the collegiate level.
  • For younger players, gain valuable experience in a showcase environment and become comfortable competing and learning in front of college coaches before their recruiting years arrive.
